These terms govern your use of TBoxes.dev (“TBoxes”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the tools

The utilities on TBoxes are free for personal and commercial use. You do not need to create an account to use them. All tools run in your browser, and we do not claim ownership of any input you paste or the output produced from it.

The tools are provided on an “as is” basis. We make a reasonable effort to keep them correct and available, but we do not guarantee that every tool produces the right output for every input, or that the site will be online at any particular time. For anything load-bearing — verifying a file integrity hash before installing it, signing a document, processing production data — please verify the result with a second tool.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools or the site to do anything illegal, to violate another person's rights, or to overwhelm our infrastructure. Automated scraping of the tool pages is permitted for personal or research use; sustained high-volume automated use may be rate-limited.

Advertising

TBoxes shows advertisements to keep the tools free. Ads may be served by third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) or by direct advertisers who have purchased a slot through our advertise flow.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any advertisement, including ads that violate Google's advertising policies, that promote illegal products or services, or that we consider misleading or harmful. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own creative and landing pages.

Advertiser accounts

If you purchase direct advertising, you agree to provide accurate information, to comply with applicable law in the jurisdictions where your ads are shown, and to pay the agreed amount through the payment flow in the advertise dashboard. Refunds for unused spend on a cancelled campaign are handled case by case; contact ads@tboxes.dev for details.

Intellectual property

The TBoxes name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property. The tool output you generate belongs to you. You are welcome to link to TBoxes from anywhere; please do not reproduce the site itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBoxes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (for most visitors, that is zero).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will post a notice on the home page for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
